On November 28th,2017, Professor Liu went to Xiangtan City to participate in the "Returnees Development Forum—Special Event of Xiangtan City".
The theme of the forum is "Innovation Leading, Open Rise, and Building a Model 'Concentric Park'". The aim is to play and activate the wisdom and strength of the youth returnees, and to ignite the spark of the returning innovation and entrepreneurship of returnees.
