近日,课题组成员吴彪同学在刘老师的指导下,以第一作者在国际纳米权威期刊《纳米研究》(Nano Research,影响因子10.269)上发表题为Enhanced interlayer neutral excitons and trions in MoSe2/MoS2/MoSetrilayer heterostructure”( 三层范德华异质MoSe2/MoS2/MoSe2中增强效应的层间中性激子和带电激子特性)的实验论文。
